What Species Is This?

So I've probably been terribly irresponsible and added this fish to my tank without knowing what it is! It's about 2cm in length just now, I've tried looking for it on databases but can't find anything that looks like it. I'm a biologist, I really should know better. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

Looks like a baby blood parrot, or similar hybrid cichlid.

It's a parrot cichlid which is a crossbreed already, nice fish over all but as they mature they get quite aggressive over the patch of the tank
