What Size Tank For One Betta

I keep mine with shrimp, snails and a few other small fish and he is fine. You need to watch though, some bettas are more agressive than others. If you got a 5 gallon, shrimp/snails would make good tankmates. If you got a 10 gallon or larger, you could have a group of small fish (eg pygmy cories, microrasbora, ember tetra or endlers to name a few). I wouldn't go smaller than 5 gallon tank tbh. Remember to do a fishless cycle before adding inhabitants
