well most shrimp dont "clean the tank". They do eat leftovers and stuff that they find but they are mostly there for decoration (just like a fish)
There are quite a few options for you
Peppermint shrimp (hides a lot, dont expect to see this one much, may clean a fish of parasites, most of these eat aipstasia but you may get a rebel shrimp here and there)
Blood shrimp (not as active but the best looking out of all these IMO, may clean a fish of parasites)
Cleaner shrimp (active and cleans the most out of these 3 cleaners)
Other things include sexy shrimp, pistol shrimp, and if a species only tank you could get a mantis shrimp as well.
