What Should My 20 Gallon Tropical Tanks Ph, Nitrite, Nitrate Levels B

I think this Danio's needs a 4ft thing is silly, yes I agree their active but come on so are tetras and Rasboras, they would love a 4ft tank so why with Danios its a must to have 4ft of space and Rasboras don't?
Most fish are very active, Neons are very fast, why is their minimum tank size 10 gallons?
IMO Danios need at least 2.5ft+
Most small fish would enjoy 4ft of space so why is it only Danios must have it?

Zebra/Leopard/Pearl Danios come from the same sort of environment as "hillstream loach" where the water flows like torrents, yet these fish can move like a bullet against that strong current all day long (my Pearls regularly zoomed from one end of my Rio240 to the other in less than a second).

I've never said all rasboras are fine in tanks less than 4-foot, some of them very much benefit from large tanks and lots of current. However, you cannot compare the space needs of say Harlequin Rasboras to that of Zebra Danios, they are completly different leagues in typical active speeds.

Yes, Neons can show a turn of speed when spooked in our tanks, but their "normal" cruising speed is very sedate compared to that of Zebra Danios.

I'm not talking about you specifically, i'm talking about many members on here.
What i'm trying to say is nearly all small fish would be happy in a 4ft tank as zebra danios will but fact is, not everyone is going to get a 4ft to keep zebras in..
They don't require it, but they would prefer it.
Obviously larger danios such as Giant danios would need a 4ft due to their size and speed.

Zebra Danios aren't just active, they're hyperactive! Watching them zip around my tank I would think they would be unhappy in something smaller and happier in something bigger.

Obviously larger danios such as Giant danios would need a 4ft due to their size and speed.

Giant Danios, similar in behaviour to my Barilius group, nothing less than a 5-footer unless very short term quarantine.

My Sister has plants and snails. Its more aquatic plants as she isnt always home to take care but I can always feed them everyday,
