i have two flying fox's, and theyre really cool. when they rest, they just lay there, sometimes even on leaves. tetras are cool also.

khuli lochie wonderful little fish that are very active and grow to be about 3inchs long plus a couple of cories (they get along great in my 10 gal)

I would like to have a pl*co with them and maybe some tetras and some rams and and and and and and. something else. 8) can I do that.

A 20gall is too small for a plec (any kind IMO), I wouldn't put one in less than a 30 because of the waste they produce. Unless, you got the smallest kinds (4" and less) such as L134 and didn't have many other fish to make up for it.

Seems to me that you are thinking too many/too many different kinds of fish. It's only 20galls, you would have too much if you got what you said in that quote. :/

C.S I have 2 plecs in the 20 reg. there has bean a nooooooooooooooo problems. 8)

Hi Daveo :)

This thread has pictures of what full grown plecos look like: :hyper:

It's a sad thing that most people don't realize this when they buy them at the lfs. They really shouldn't be sold as often as they are to people who just don't realize the needs of the fish they are getting. Unfortunately, their growth usually gets stunted from living in tanks that are way too small for them and they die long before their natural lifespan would be over. :byebye:

Daveo, you might want to think about taking them back to the lfs or making other arrangements for their futures.
