Heh I was thinking of a Chinese name...but all I could think of was Chow, cuz he is a little piggie and like to "chow" down on food. ... but I don't know if I like the name Chow.

yes the species is very aggressive. I've had him for almost wo years now, and the first year he was a fine fish! I guess when they mature they become more violent and territorial.
