What Should I Do? Your Opinions Please :)

I have a 4ft tank thats been running for around 2months, with nothing in it, i sold the fish that were in it a while ago, i was wanting to start an african cichlid tank.

The fish i was planning on putting in a tank were -

Electric Yellows
Electric Blues
Hongi
Fuelleborni
Red Zebras
Cobalt Blues

What fish are compatible with what?

And also what are your fav fish out of those listed?

Also, im starting an american cichlid tank, (correct me if some of the listed fish arent american )

Green Terrors
Texas Cichlid
Blue-Eyed Cichlid
Firemouth Cichlid
Jaguar Cichlid

Again, what can go with what and what are your fav choices out of these, just curious.

Your african section sounds good except for the electric blues. Electric blues are normally Haps, which do not mix well with the Mbuna (which is what your other selections are). Haps get too big for your tank anyway. The term Electric blue can be used to describe many different fish though, like Cobalt zebra's so find out the true latin name and double-check.

I'm not an expert in New World cichlids i'm afraid but i would post that question the NW section of the forum for better advice. I'd also post your African question in the African section to get some more opinions.
