What Plec Is This?

Brought this plec last week, yet not a very good desciption on the tank.

Looks to be just your run of the mill common, but the pic isn't very clear.

looks like a gibby / sailfin which grow 2ft long

He does not come out much, hence why the pic was not the best, but will try and get a better one when I can. If it's a common how quick do they grow?, I mean if they max out at 2ft then clearly my tank will be too small.

Common/gibbis should really be getting to 8-11 inches within the first 12 months and then slows down considerable to roughly an 1inch or so per year, yes they can get to 2 foot but more often than not 15-18 inches is average.

Tank size really is 4x2x2 very very bare minimum but 5x2x2 better and anything obviously bigger will be a bonus.
