I am running a magnum 350 with an undergravel setup for one corner, and a 170gph powerhead hooked up to 2 6-7inch biowheels. My water was slightly yellow(color bleed), so I put one of my many extra whisper 3's on it. Cleared it up great. But the whisper 3 does not fit correctly on the tank. The black plastic on the tank is too wide for the opening on the whisper 3. And where the black plastic is cut back(on the back right), I have the biowheels there, and I wont change that setup.
Will a penguin 330 fit correctly? I was thinking about adding an emperor, 400 I think, but I dont need a second high capacity filter, the magnum 350 is for that. If the 330 wont fit, I'll just pony up and get the 400.
Also, I dont want an aquaclear, no matter the size. I dont want to much water current coming off the filter, but I want it to be an Over the Top filter.
