What Kind Of Rock Is Suitable For Shrimp Tank?

I am thinking to put some rock in my crystal red shrimp tank. And if possible, i will plant some java fern on the rock as well.
However, what kind of rock is suitable ? can i put lava rock? or any other suggestion?

I have mopani wood and bogwood in some of my tanks and the shrimp spend all their time on it chomping away. I have a planted bit of lava rock in another tank and the shrimp don't touch it. They're amano shrimp btw
