Does anyone know what kind of heater this is??

They keep on coming up on ebay for little money, and are supposed to be electronically controlled with no bi-metallic strip to get stuck on!!

My experience with heaters is u get what u pay for

note: I didn't see a brand name associated with this gizmo

I've seen it in a catolog before, but you're better off buying a well known brand name.
