20g but if i can get a hold of a moving company a much bigger tank and im not gunna rush to getmy fish again im gunna wait for like 3 weeks and i kept oscars befor and i think piranas are cool

Edit : i thought danios where good starting fish cause there hardy and i dont think i kept the oscars right because i fed them frozen shrimp and i been surfing the web and it says they eat pellets

Ill have to go with danios...oscars get huge and are NOT a beginner fish...they need large tanks and unless you have a 90 gal dont even think about them :D ...piranhas are probably out of the question as they get fairly big and are a schooling fish which needs room...Why not try some smaller cichlids like rams or keyholes...HIH

i might be geting a big tank from my uncles friend he gave up on fish keeping cause hes to busy with his job and he has a gaint tank laying around about 8-10 feet

well if you can get a hold of an 8-10 ft tank you could get quite a few different fish and not many kinds need a bigger tank then that. I would recommen getting a bunch of different community fish if you have that big tank. in a twenty gallon you could do a shoal of smaller fish like harlequin rasboras or some sort of tetra maybe

why would you put a piranha in a 20g. lol newbs you need a least 5 pianhas together because thier a schooling fish and for you to get 5 piranhas youll need at least a 75g

if i had 8-10 foot tank i would have redtail cat,2 arrownas, and some huge pacus.

Don't get community... they're so boring. All they do is wait for you to feed them, cichlids come over to you and are like 'hey, what's up, what are you doing, you want a piece of me?' And I was under the impression that one Oscar could live in a 55 gallon. Or at least, that's what I read everywhere...
