Hey guys, first post. If this is in a wrong area or something, please don't bite me 
My swordtail was dead at the bottom of my tank this morning, he had grown a white cyst of some sort underneath his anal fin which I thought was originally part of his undertail (it originally just looked like a white bud) but it had grown larger for the last couple of days and this morning I found him dead. Does anybody have any idea what this was? It was in the 10gal tank with a betta, two glass catfish and two flying foxes and I am concerned that whatever it was may affect the others if it was infectious.
