What Is Your Favourite Gourami

id have to say the pearl gourami and the dwarf gouramis are my favorites i used to have a female pearl and she did real well in my community tank. one day im going to get a tank with only gouramis in it. my thick lipped gourami i have now is pretty shy and stays in the corners of the tank.

For me its a Pearl Gourami! they are just so beautiful to watch and majestic! gorgeous deep red on the bottom leading to a lovely dark brown and then light brown! and the fins are very pretty too!

I love my dwarf gouramis, the blues beauty is so subtle but the light catches them and they shine They have loads of character too!

I own: Flame Dwarfs, Honeys, Opalines and just got a Powder Blue.

Definitely Powder Blue!!! I named mine 'Cotton Candy' because that's exactly what his colors look like, he's goegeous!!
