What is this?

Hi,
1 of my females has developed a white patch of scales on her side. What
is it? I have seperated her from the others. What should I treat her with? Should I treat the whole tank, that I took her from?

My first guess is columnaris.
Does it appear to be rapidly getting worse?

No, and it isn't fuzzy. it is just a white colored patch of scales. At first I thought it was just her color. She is pink with a platinum, almost like a wash over her body, and fins. This 1 spot is kind of a circle and just extra white.

My guess is still columnaris most likely.
Do you have a heater? IF so, turn it off. Their temp should be lowered to as low in the 70s as possible.

Add stress coat and maracyn, if you have some.
