The is my Ram just noticed this today! I thought it was Camallamus worms, but now it's no longer there. Is it a prolapse?

First 2 photos this morning, couple hts later it's gone last 2 photos.

If it’s not there anymore it’ll be poop I would say... something it ate that wasn’t very digestible.

Looks like a prolapsed anus to me. But also looks like a worm working its way out as well. If it is gone now then that is good but I would watch for worms over the next few weeks.

The worms possibly, likely.

The prolapsed anus, unclear, would depend on the cause, if the cause is the worms then likely it will come back, if the cause is something else, it might not come back. I have seen fish with prolapsed anus due to too heavy a feeding, but that can be controlled if you know the feeding caused it.

I have ordered dewormer should I go ahead and treat the whole tank?

Prolapse intestine and intestinal worms. The worms retreat back into the body when disturbed or if there are only a few of them in the fish. You need to treat all your aquariums at the same time because all the fish will have it.

Section 3 of the following link tells you how to treat intestinal worms in fish.
