I recognise it but can’t remember the name I think it’s a type of hygrophila. If you cut it you will be able to replant the stems to regrow it.

Hmm i can't remember if I have, but is it Pogostemon Stellatus (formally known as Eustralis)?

It looks like a Heteranthera to me. The elongated stems and leaves will be lack of light. The darker leaves at the base of the plant is more what it should look like.
