just got back from LFS only fungal treatment they had was PROZOTIN so had to get that. its "white spot and fungal" treatment all in one.

Hiya staxx it's one of the problems with these types of goldfish unfortunately. The bumpy thing on it's head is called a wen and because of all of the little crevices in it it's easy for them to get little infections in there so you just need to be careful to keep your water really clean

I also reccommend you do a google image search for "goldfish wen growth" so that you learn to tell the difference between the normal white patches that appear when the wen is growing vs. a fungal or bacterial infection (I was always trying to treat my fancy golfish for things when there was actually nothing wrong!)

nooo i havent got tropical dude lol its on the side of 2 of my black mollies and 1 of my platys. just no where near as bad or flared up.
