Hello,

Two weeks ago, I found my ram had a few small whitish sores around the head. Now they've become enlarged and increased
in number. There's no noticeable behaviour problems so far. He has a normal appetite and seems active as usual. I'm really worried that it may be HITH. If it is HITH, adding Metronidazol to the tank would be helpful? I need a help and any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Tank size: 86 liters
pH: 6.8
ammonia: 0
nitrite: 0
nitrate: 10
tank temp: 25-26 C

It could be bacterial to parasite, hard to say.
Any sign of flicking and rubbing against objects.

There's no flicking and rubbing and his behavior looks quite normal as yet.
Not knowing what to do I just performed 30% water change yesterday.

Here's another picture of him.
