Hello,
Two weeks ago, I found my ram had a few small whitish sores around the head. Now they've become enlarged and increased
in number. There's no noticeable behaviour problems so far. He has a normal appetite and seems active as usual. I'm really worried that it may be HITH. If it is HITH, adding Metronidazol to the tank would be helpful? I need a help and any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Tank size: 86 liters

ammonia: 0
nitrite: 0
nitrate: 10
tank temp: 25-26 C
Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior): Whitish ulcers/sores with no redness around the head.

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank: None
Tank inhabitants: 1 Angelfish, 1 Ram, 7 Neon Tetras, 5 Blue-eyes, 2 Guppies
Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): None
