it's gone. cat jumped on the table and knocked the tub onto the floor. whatever it was was slimey (as in, had a slime coating).

i'm assuming it was an air bubble stuck around some food. that's my diagnosis... who knows though.

Recently, one of my Albino Tiger Barbs was having some serious swim bladder issues. I was sure he was going to die, but apparently it wasn't in the stars that day. He ended up pooping this out, and was immediatly better (after about 3 hours of swimming in circles upside down)

And how big is the barb?

its difficult to tell how big it is with no point of reference.. almost looks like it has a vein system maybe some sort of parasite

barb is about one inch in circumferance. the questionable poop was about the size of the opening of a ball point pen, maybe a little bit bigger.

no, it's not a tick. it was tissue mass.
