What Is This Bug In My Tank?

I have a 10g tank with one betta splendens in it. Yesterday I thought that I saw something moving around in the substrate but I had company so I just made a note of it in my head. Today under further investigation I realized that there is a whole bunch of bugs in this tank. They are just running around in there. When I disturb them they all make a run for it under the substrate. WHAT IS THIS I took a pic. Not a clear one as they are so tiny like a large grain of sand or a small piece of gravel. To the naked eye they look kind of greyish/white.

Thanks, I took a look at that website. Although I did not see anything there that looked like the bug in my tank, I did submit a picture to see if they know. Hopefully they have an answer.

it looks like an ostracod to me (so a crustacean rather than an insect or a bug etc.).

Pretty harmless, quite interesting,
