What Is The Ideal Tank Size For 4 To 6 Betta Sisters?

Hey folks, Have done some reading on keeping female Bettas thanks to the generous inputs by the members. Now, am wondering what is the ideal tank size for keeping 4 to 6 Betta sisters? (No other fish). Cheers and long live Betta sisterhood.

10 gallons plus
no less than 10 US gallons, EVER
and lots and lots of plants and hiding places, they will have scuffles now and then and need places to run and hide.

Try to have the entrance to the caves and hidy places not face each other. Really five or six females if they settle in with each other, should be quite comfortable in 10 gallons. Put them in all at the same time. Sometimes one just won't fit in, whether too aggressive or too non aggressive. So watch them closely for awhile. Nips can result in fin rot.
