What Is The Best Betta Tank?

But then again, that depends on the betta.
I've had bettas over 7 years on and off (since I was little) and I can't one remember my betta jumping.
I don't cover my bowls, I don't feel the need to fill the precaution.
Since I have these nice glass bowls (Which are my prefered betta-holding tank), it really ruins the look if you cover them with anything.
I'm kinda stubborn.
Untill I've had a personal expeirence with it, I'll start using that precaution.
(Bet now that I've said that somethings going to happen..)

Have all your bettas been long-finned? I've never lost a long-finned betta to jumping either... not to say that it couldn't happen, but I used to keep all of mine in uncovered bowls and never lost one. Now females and plakats are a different matter entirely, I've lost those out of holes in lids 1" wide!!
