What Is My Ram?

Got her from my LFS and was told she's a Ram. Being fairly new to fish keeping, I didnt realise there were different varieties. So i did some research on the web but found conflicting opinions?! Two site show photos of identical fish, one is labelled Bolivian the other GBR? I thought she was GBR but now im dont know...help!? lol

Also, just upgraded my tank from a 28L to a 90L (23Gallon I think). It's only been running since Sunday with the same fish as my old tank: 1x Ram, 4x Algae eating shrimp, 2x Albino Cory, 8x Neons, 1x Bristlnose Pleco
I think I have lost 2 shrimps since the change. Used all the water from the old tank, and even left my old filter spnge in the new tank all day (with a good squeeze out). Added Filter treatment, Ich treatment and Declorinater (following advice from lfs).
I think they seem to be ok now (touchwood), getting water tested tomorrow hopefully. What would you recommend adding fish wise to the tank as its looking very empty, and when would be best to add any new fish?

Yep it's a German Blue. Bolivians are less colourful.

It looks female but it is always possible that it is a male. Either way its a beautiful fish.
