sorry, it wont let me upload a photo. But i have what i have been told is a bn catfish. However there are no bristles. Had hannibal plector over a year and has tripled in size, now 3.5". Flat ish body, eyes on top, mouth underneath. Sucks at glass. Is usually dark coloured with splotches of paler brown. Also covered in white dots, (not the disease.) fins have almost a zig zag pattern of white and brown, and the very edge of the tail is brilliant white. Hannibal is very peaceful, the pic i tried to upload is of him and my oto sharing a slice of cucumber. Although he will glomp other fish if they try to take his food. What is he/her?

Could be a female bristlenose; it's only the males that have the bristles (some females do have very small bristles on their cheeks, but not all do).

If you want to post a photo, you need to upload it to a (free!) site like photobucket or imageshack and post the code :good:

sounds very very much like a BN, and as said females dont get bristles.
