Does anyone have experience of fitting an inline CO2 reactor to a RENA XP3 external filter?
I was thinking of buying the Aquamedic 1000 reactor, but not sure if it will fit the RENA hose.

The Aquamedic 1000 uses 12mm tubing and I believe the XP3 uses 16mm tubing. This reactor uses 16mm tubing and I can vouch for it working really well as I have one.

If you want that specific reactor, you will need a 16mm to 12mm reducer (two off) and some 12mm hosing. AE have sold out of their reducers for the moment.

I am waiting for the some set up to fit my Hydor inline heater.

Thanks James, How do you know the hose size? It all in German and I cant see any dimensions?

Thanks Dave, that may be an option, I will have to see when AE are getting some more in.

Remember when you use a reducer you are also reducing the flow rate.
