what goes in a 10gal

i jus spent 30$ on a 10gal an i was wondering as to what i should put in it. i was thinking maybe a cory or 2 an bout 4-6females. an i need to know what kinda plants. an what every one things would be good gravel.

Once I get my 10 gallon tank back from #1 Son's garage (he has his own 45 gal now), I want to set up a "sorority" and had planned to stock it almost exactly like you are thinking--maybe 6 females and 3 corys. I even have a spot to sit it in the living room I like using the smooth gravel instead of sand. I'd like to try live plants too--right now all my plants are silk.

well i got java moss. a whole butt load of it in my pond too(jus got 5grass carp for the pond) i was thinking a bubble bar across the back of the tank too. but other then java moss im not sure what i can keep alive. with java moss you just throw it in the tank an let it grow.

Cabomba, java fern, ambulia and most of the anubias family are all easy to grow plants that prefer low light. I have most of these plants in a tank or two, and they are all doing very well.

Do you have a PetSmart near you? The one near me sells live plants. So does the local PetCo.

all of them are quite far away. i live in a town called cameron. an KC is like an hour away. an thats like the closest one
