what sorts of foods can u feed them aside from the standard live foods and flakes e.t.c

Mine get cichlid pellets, peas, spiralina flakes, frozen tropical mix, frozen brine shrimp, frozen blood worm, garden worms (chopped up) too name some

hmm garden worms sounds interesting do you need to go through any form of sterilisation process before or is it just chop em up then straight into the tank
