What fish is this lol

So I was at my aquarium store to buy some neons and I had my friend with me who isn’t allowed to keep fish so I said I’d buy her anything she wants (that will suit my tank ofcourse) and look after it for her. She picked this fish (after picking a damn stingray and being very dissapointed when I said he would not be suited lol). I had seen these guys before and was always actually quite interested in them but was never able to remember their bloody name. The owner of the store did say the name of them but I can’t remember for the life of me, I was too busy admiring the plecos. Also should I buy more to keep him company, he seems quite happy pretending he’s a neon tetra and hoping that they don’t notice he’s different
