So im not talking about whipping a fish out of your tank, bashing it over the head and chucking it on the bbq that would be messed up. But have any of you ever been on holiday and tried any aquarium favorites like say Oscars, Channa etc?
Barramundi would be one I eat regularly that I can buy at the pet store. Else I've eaten Pufferfish (Fugu) and Carp. I've also eaten plenty of unnamed fish in Asia and Africa which I'm sure have been kept at some point.
Y'all folks eatin carp ain't from round here.
We say the best way to cook carp is nail it to a pine log. Set it on the fire. When blackened, throw away the carp and eat the log.
While not quite cories, I have eaten a river of catfish.
