In that case I think I'll still go fluval. The xp2 is a $125 then the xp3 is only $130, but that's more than I'm looking to spend. I'd go the 405 if I was going to spend that much.

Or get something second hand- I got both my Eheim Pro filters for about half the price they would have cost new and they were only 6 months old (sellers provided sales receipt for the warranty). Theres no way I could have afforded them otherwise!
