hi just wondering what you do with your dead fish i no its not a gr8 subject but i dont know wheather to
burry them or flush them down the toilet. :-(

Neither - wrap'em and bin'em them.

Flussing is generally thought not to be a good idea - spreading potential disease and all that.

I throw them in the garbage. It isn't the best experience, but it has to be done one way or another

when i had a garden, i buried them out there, don't have a garden now though, so next time i loose one (hopefully not too soon!) i'll have to wrap and bin, or wrap, freeze and take to my dads and give him a proper little burial there (deep enough so the cat doesn't get him!)

It depends really, for me, anyway. I've flushed a few, as I know they can't really suffer after they are dead.

I buried an Oscar I had for almost 3 years. I made a little headstone with a Dremel tool and a rock and buried him in the garden. That was a long time ago and the spot is now over-ran with bushes.

It's a personal choice, I guess. Just don't try to flush a big one down the pot..... :/

I bury them all. My g-grandad was a keen gardener and he always told me when i was a young girl that the dead fish give the garden life and food so they will always be with us in the garden when we look at it.

I know its totally sappy but I get very attached to my fish. haha

i know my mom has a few plants and fish makes good fertilizer.basically i will remeber fish through the plant

Well since i live in a scarsly populated area surrounded by trees, it it's a guppy i just chuck it as far as i can and te birds do te rest. Bigger fis, i bury.....

I make sushi. No not really, I was just kidding but seriously, I put them in a bag and throw in the trash can. From time to time I flush some of them down. And if I'm really attatched to a fish, I'll bury it.
