What does anyone know about "Haitian Lettuce Rock" from the Caribbean?

Is is nice? Are there any disadvantages? I can get it locally for $3.75 lb.
Is that a good deal or should I hold out for someone getting rid of their tank and looking for Fiji rock at around $3-4 lb. here in st. louis?

Here is the decription on liveaquaria

Haitian live rock is much lighter than any rock available in the market making it much easier to provide the desired look in the aquarium at an affordable price.

From the live rock standpoint, I don't see any problem with it. The only things that COULD occur, and, this is only theory, is the lighter rock may be more prone to toppling if not fixed in place. Also, denser rock MIGHT have more likelihood of having anaerobic portions which would assist with denitrification. Only some thoughts. Check out premiumaquatics.com. I bought my LR from them and their LR was $3.99/lb and had Fiji, Marshall, Kaelini. SH

What he said

That looks like what I have a single piece of in my pico. I forget what it was sold as, but it looks like the same stuff. The density is a big issue with that piece of rock I've got...at one point my 2" conch picked the whole thing up and managed to shove it on top of an adjacent rock. If I'd had any rocks stacked at that point, it would have been a small disaster. Definitely anchor well.
