What Do The Different Underlines Mean?

If you look on the front page in the 'who's online' section, sometimes you see names underlined. One person has a solid line right now.

Then when you go into a section, at the bottom in 'who's browsing' there is a dotted line.

I'm just curious as to what these mean.

dots mean they are writing a post at that time
