Thanks Guys, I thought since i dont plan on changing anything else for a long time, i would spend a while making it look nice. I personally myself really love it!
 
 

What sand did you use?

 
The bags were $15 per 10kg but on the bag it says "Aquarium Gravel" but its the density of sand lol
 

That looks great! I love the purple up front! Gives it some panache!

 
Believe it or not, i picked that purple plant up for $1.50

Sounds like a good buy! It looks great, much better than that gravel.

Looking at it again, I think that with the new aquascape it also looks bigger, it's not as cluttered looking as before.

I completely agree, I spent a fair amount of time working out where to put the plants and each decoration, although, believe it or not, I actually didn't take any of the ornaments out, I actually added more, but because of the way I put them, they all fit lol
