Right, well on wakeing friday morning I seen 19 eggs on the glass of the tank, but with work I didn't have time to do anything. So on saturday I put the eggs into a fry net with air pump under it and left it be. On geting home from work on monday, I checked the net and noticed up to 5 tiny tiny wriggling thing which I'm guessin are corry fry, I wasn't expecting to see anythiing as I was told it would be around 10 days to get them not 4. So now I'm wondering what do I do now as I have no idea, do I leave them there, let them wrigge out into the open world of the tank? Any suggestions would be greatfull.

Thanks.

Put them in a small empty tank with an air driven filter, using sponge from your main tank.

They can't stay in the net, so it's either remove them, or let them take their chances.

I have had 6 cory fry grow up in the tank from eggs I didn't even know had been laid, do it's not impossible.

I'll have to leave them in the tanl then, as I thought I had a small 20 liter but it seems my dad has sold it. How would I go about doin this, do I like tip the net upside down, or jus put it below water level and let them go out on their own?

Don't you have a breeding net or is that what you're using? I don't mean the plastic boxes, a big net box. They're cheap and they could live in there a few weeks til they're a bit meatier.

...but yeah, if it was me, I'd release them in the tank. Just do it gently, maybe somewhere they'll fall to some cover.

Yea thas what I meant sorry lol, the net is fairly big, its about 25cm x 15cm and about 25cm deep, is that ok,it has very very fine neting allround with thing plastic edging for it to keep its shape. or should I just go with leting them go? Because knowing my luck the filter will suck them up.

Exactly like this but a bit bigger

What do I feed them aswell? As all I have at the momment is flake food and pelletes.

Keep them in the net if you want to give them the best chance, if you're not too fussed whether they make it or not let them go.

Crush up regular food for them, good quality though, and maybe frozen foods mashed up a bit.

Lol I want to keep them as I was gona buy sum on the weekend as I thought these would have no chance, but held out buyin any sunday, and luckly I seen these yesterday then. Well I got tetra flake food, so I'll chrush tha really fine. I didn't expect them to be as small as they are, they tiny cute little things, hope fully get a good bunch from the 19, wha shall I do with the rest of the eggs in there now, leave them or take them out straight away?

Remove any that haven't hatched else they'll rot. Easily done with a pipette.

Well out my 19 eggs I had iv got a total of 2 fry survive in the net which very happy with, and seem to be doin fine. On arriving home from work just now I can see somthing like another 30 or so eggs on the glass, which I have now also but in the net too. But most of them are stuck together in one lump, so do I leave them stcuk together or do I try and seperate as much as I can?

I left mine stuck together you probably find more. make sure thers an airstorne or something in the net keep the water circulating.
