What Do Bristlenose Like?

what sort of special treats andfood should i give my bristlenose???
i know they eat algae but apart from algae, catfish pellet?? cucumber??

and do they have anything they they need....like lots ofplants or lots of wood....

Wrong section...But They'll accept Shrimp pellets, algae wafers, catfish pellets, cucumber, bloodworms, courgette and I'm sure someone can add something else to that list.

They don't need plants but I'd suggest some type of driftwood. You may catch them resting on plants if you get them.

Boiled potatoes, frozen pea cooked then deshelled (once a week).. flake, high protein foods.

i know i haven't seen a plec that messy no catfish messy for me though i think some one told me they were messy though i don't know!

I'm fairly sure that they make use of bog wood to chew on. I have never kept them, just read about them quite often.
