They were just labelled as golden corys

I got 5 as that was all they had, hoping they'll get some more in

Five is a decent group to start with. Maybe you can breed them, then with the fry you can up your group and sell the rest.

I have no idea what sexes they are, but would be nice if a couple were female & eventually bred

It would really be against the odds if you did not have at least one female in the group...
