What corals could i have in a 165 Litre tank.The light power are 2 x 30" 25W, 1 x 23.5" 20W but i will be upgrading 2 of these to Arcadia 30â€￾ 25 Watt T8 White Marine Lamp 1â€￾ diameter.Would Zoo's and Ployps be ok with these conditions?
Thanks

Mushroom Coral and Zoas would be fine in that light.

I would suggest green star polyps as your first coral though.

ok what about Polyps or are they similar to Zoas and would a leather coral or something like that be any good also a hammer coral?
Many Thanks
Nathan

just remember that your gonna use T8 lighting so what ive read a third as effective as T5's

I know but i cant change the ballast :( so i will have to make do although i may be able to add a small T5 ballast somewhere.
Thanks

Most softies would do OK under that light. you might struggle getting zoos to grow as they tend to like higher light.

Right, couldnt i just put them on higher grounds e.g at the highest part of the LR.Also could i keep corals such as Hammer coral, Polyp and mushroom anemones. Are hermit crabs any good to keep and do they require a higher light condition or would they be fine inT8's.
Thanks

I wouldn't try hard corals, but thats just my oppinion. Hermits would be fine sealed in a cardboard box :shifty:

 ok lol i just read about hermint in PFK saying about light conditions.I thought hard corals need less light then softies  as you can see i still neee to learn more
Thanks Ski

P.S i though Hammer Coral was soft ?

No, Hammer's are Hard LPS corals, the names are confusing really, but a hard coral has a hard skeleton, even if it has a "soft" appearance.
