so if i got 2 aquabeam 1500 http://www.reefstore.co.uk/shop/Aquabeam-1500-XG-Ultima-LED-Tile.html
and 2 aquabeam 500s could i keep more than softies and some lps corals. also would it be much brighter than my 2 28w t5 lights? also could i keep a clam or would i need more light?

All softies and LPS would be fine under two of those tiles on a 125 i think harry. infact LPS grow pretty well under LED/T5 compared to halides. they prefer it a bit less intense. I think you could find a good T5 unit a lot cheaper though. Ive seen 4-5 tube ATI units go for less than the £400 two tiles will cost. ATI units are the T5 daddy aswel. You would get mpre PAR out of a 6 tube ATI than those tiles and could keep a clam and SPS id bet

id avoid a clam as they do need some light. the little ones often need more than acros

its just the heat out put and the runing costs are a lot less. so would somthing like this do? http://www.seapets.co.uk/products/aquarium-supplies/fish-tank-equipment/aquarium-lighting/pendant-aquarium-lighting/over-tank-luminaires/overtank-luminaire-t5-marine-800mm.html would this be ok for sps?

ATI units are a lot cheaper than tiles and will give enough light for SPS and Clams

what the ati lights or leds?

ATI units. much better than the LEDS. they have their own reflector for each bulb and are something crazy like 200% more efficient than T5 units with one big reflector. One of these will give you the option of nems, clams, sps all the stuff you know you want :fun:

ATI stuff is quality and wont let you down, find a good price 2nd hand one and you wont regret it.
