Ah Jack Dempseys, beautiful fish, the black ones are stunning.
I forgot to mention Electric Blue Jack Dempsey, I will definitely give one of those a go once they drop in price a bit![]()

I do my best to keep the surface covered with floating plants, even though my Severum does his best to eat his way through it,
I also add the occasional vallis or elodea plants and my Chocolate cichlid doesn't seem to bother with any of them.
