What Cichilds Can I Put In My 110Litre

hey im new to this i have a juwel rekord 800 i only have a coulpe of pregnant guppies in at the minute which one just had babies lol but it has sand and a good few of rocks i will put a pic up later but what would you say i could put in it i was hopeing maybe breed yellow labs and get another tank for the fry the tank has been up and running for about 1 and a half the ph is 7.6 which i think is good for yellow labs

Nearly all Cichlids will eat fry. You tank is not huge but it is not small either.

I have a soft spot for Apistogramas myself & would have some but I am teetering on the edge of overstocked at the moment.

African Cichlids are out I'm afraid (tank too small)........Apistos maybe with some bog wood to replace the rocks to lower your ph, but not my field.....sorry.

Yep, some sort of Dwarf cichlid. Apistos like they said or I really like the looks of mikrogeophagus altispinosus which are Bolivian Rams. They are supposed to be pretty tough. Although not all of them will pop like the ones in the photos there, they are good looking fish!
