well the ammonia in the 29gal has dropped it is still bad (1.5) but i placed the ram by himself on my pc desk in a 2.5gal which i tested the water and turned out much better so he should be fine - the rest of the fish never showed symtons to start with none of them actually did but im not trying to risk anything with the ram since he was sick before
PS: ammo-carb has also been placed in both tanks and hopefully a few more water changes in the 29gal will get my problem solved soon so the ram can go back home and i can dedicate the 2.5gal to the female beta who is currently in a vase, i would place her with the ram but not sure if she would get aggresive towards him
they are both still fairly small the female beta is around 1.5-2" if that and the ram is 1-1.5" once he gets another inch bigger i will be able to tell the sex (so says the LFS)
