I have a 30l tank at the moment i have 6 tetras and two mollies (which im going to put in my new bigger tank once it has cycled.)
I would like to add a bottom dweller to the tank but wasnt sure if there is one suitable for the size of my tank, any ideas?
My tank is fully cycled. :good:

Alright so according to a conversation chart I just used, I can say you have about an 8 gallon tank. I'd worry about overstocking if the mollies were staying in the tank. But, once you move them out I would suggest getting maybe some Kuhli loaches, if you fancy them.

God Bless,
Joshua

I have a pitbull pleco in my 55 litre tank, they only grow to 7cm, apparently prefer at least being kept in twos....currently mine is on his own and seems ok :)

Thank you

Kuhlis would not fit. Need to be in groups bigger than 6 and grow up to 4". Go for the pitbull.

They don't need to be in that large of a group...3 would be minimum in my opinion. Also, the "inch(s) per gallon rule" doesn't apply to Kuhli loaches in almost everybodies opinion.

A pitbull plec would be a great addition but they can be quite sedentary. If you want more interest I'd recomment any of the dwarf corydoras species. A group of 3 will be happy, active, not too much for your tank, and dont cost the earth.

Really? Why?
I'm not attacking you, I just havent heard that. I'm having trouble understanding why that would be the case. Are they exeptionally clean or somethin'?
