I really love listening to podcasts, especially when I'm doing any kind of tank maintenance. So, I figured I'd make a thread where we can share our favorite podcasts and discuss them.
I really like listening to the Wild For Life podcast by the Toronto Zoo. They discuss the animals they have at the zoo, as well as different conservation efforts that they're involved in. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/wild-for-life/id1456395854?mt=2
I love the Clarkesworld podcast. Every episode is a short story from the Clarkesworld magazine. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/clarkesworld-magazine/id288472896
I also just found this brand new podcast called Bedtime Sweets. Each episode is kind of a creepy, sci-fi short story. There are only three episodes so far, but I've really enjoyed all of them. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/bedtime-sweets/id1585858995

True Crime Garage is my current go-to, Serial is ok too, nbc dateline...
I'm next level 🤓 boring

Casefile true crime, as well as some creepy pasta podcasts and some development podcast to stay up to date with everything. I think I’m a bigger nerd :).

What's a podcast?

Hey I'm old, I'm allowed to ask questions like that.

Damn kids, get off my lawn
A podcast is basically like a show, but you just listen to it. There are podcasts about pretty much anything. There are podcasts that tell you stories, podcasts about crimes, podcasts about animals, about science, plants, etc.

I've never heard of that one. Is it good?
It's my favorite right now, it's two guys hanging out in their "garage" and you can tell they've done a lot of background research. They have a good dynamic, also, which never hurts. And they cover cases that are newer but also cases that have never been solved trying to bring attention to them. Serial is okay but I definitely prefer true crime garage. 🙃

sounds like a radio :)
Well, it is similar. But you don't have to wait for the shows to come on. You can listen to podcasts anytime, anywhere. Plus they're usually better quality than a radio, and they're more specialized in a specific subject.

That sounds really fun! I'll have to check it out.
