What Are You Guys Going To Do For Your Bettas?

My babies will all be getting a piece of tuna! (in water not oil of course)
I tried a little piece one night in the sorority tank and holy cow!!!
You would have thought that they were Jaws and I was throwing in the chum line! I only do it about once a month, so when they get it, it is a big treat!
Here they are...going mad crazy!

The little canibals...

If mine are really good boys, and stop giving me trouble (THAT'S FOR YOU FASOLT!!!), then I may order a wingless fruit fly culture, in addition to their Miami vacation.

Well, probably nothing much :dunno:. Although, if I reckon I'm up to the challenge of having two spawns at once (or waiting a little longer with the first spawn or going to another holiday), I was thinking of having some Halloween babies  Orangey-yellow, prehaps. Or even better, black and orange marble   Now that would be the bestest ever  Or Xmas babies- Red and green marble (not likely, but wouldn't that be the kewlest?)

Im getting my girlies a soroity tank and my males new girlfriends :D i love my fishies...you cant ever buy just one!! I want to get a steel, royal and red dt's!! im very much excited!! <(^-^<) dance fishies dance!!! and i have never heard of tuna i shall try it!!
btw.....my friend is trying to breed her bettas in a 1gallon bowl how should i help her NOT do this!!

Punch her in the throat!
No seriously though, direct her to this forum so we can help her!!

Thinking of taking their velvet plants out and putting in red and green plants. Probably give them a piece of tuna (how do you prepare it?)

Now for me: I'm getting a 55 gallon for my kenyi cichlid, an oranda goldfish, and maybe some guppies. (do you see this, I spoil my fish)

I just give them a little chunk from the can but it has to be the kind in water, not oil. They loved it!

That's only temporaroly though, I'm actually planning on saving up and getting him a 125 gallon community tank, and getting a 55 gallon sorority tank.

What I mean by spoil them, is that I give them all kinds of yummy treats

I dunno about tuna...
My betas are trickty eaters, and usually only accdept bloodworms.
I feed them flakes for a while, but I could tell they were frustrated...

Ooooh, I have lots of plans for my bettas this holiday season.

- Three of my newest bettas are in 2.5 gallon tanks. They will be moved into 5 gallon tanks
- My baby CAE finally outgrew his 10 gallon (almost 4 inches now!), so he is moving into the 30 gallon my goldfish were in, and they are moving into a 75 gallon. That means I'll have a 10 gallon tank free, so one of my lucky bettas will be moving up in the world. I'm thinking the female, as she is less territorial than the males, and thus probably less likely to freak out with the suddenly huge surroundings. Plus her small fins won't be bugged so much by the current. She is super-active, and gives me the impression of something pacing when she is in her 5 gallon.
- A few of the bettas will be experimentally switched to live plants.
- Blood worms, brine shrimp, and peas all around!
- My parents are buying me indian almond leaf for all of my boys and girls, as well as some collodial silver (ya never know when you might need it!)

Sounds like it'll be a fun christmas for bettas this year ^^

Edit: Hey, cool OohFeeshy! I didn't know anyone used my betta cyber-pet outlines ^^ Spiffy.
