What are you cooking?

Succotash is one of the funnest foods to say.
LOL! It IS sort of a fun word. I hope I like it as this will be my first ever experience with edamame. At least I don't think I've had any before. It was something I decided to try from Omaha Steaks. Actually everything I'm having came from Omaha Steaks. I am more than pleased with their stuff so far. I think, in my next order, I'm going to include a tray of whipped sweet taters. They offer a lot more than just meat. Their apple tarts are to die for. Think apple pie but with pastry dough instead of pie crust. Not cheap but they even offer bison and venison.

Actually I still need to use the local grocery for things such as gravy packets. I'll be going Thursday for senior day discount and have to get stuff for sketti sauce to try the bag of meatballs I also got from them along with buns and such.

Actually I changed my mind about toni8ght's dinner. Instead of having the pork chop grilled separate I cubed it up and added to the potato/carrot/squash mix to make a hash. I haven't cooked it up yet as I tend to eat fairly late but I can't see how it can be bad. ;)

Ah yes..the loony toons..
I liked some of the Loony Toons but even as a kid I could not stand the ones that went sort of musical with the bouncing ball at the bottom.

In my opinion the best cartoons have been ruined. I really liked Space Ghost but they changed the format and ruined it. The same goes for Chip and Dale morphing into the Rescue Rangers.

Simple.

meat, quinoa, tomatoes.

Errand day today and that means lunch at Panda Express . Lunch for two for less than $20 bucks . Supposedly a bargain these days but it sure don’t feel like it .
Sigh, I so much wish we had a Panda Express here in Sheridan, WY. I loved them when I lived in Texas. At least my local grocery sells their sauces.

When I lived in Sheridan, there was a Korean restaurant called "Aye Seuk." (I might have the spelling wrong) Someone really should have told them.

Did a search for Korean restaurant in Sheridan WY and the closest to come up was Billings Montana. :( There is a Japanese steak house now but I haven't tried yet.
