What are these?!?

look closely... those things don't have arrow shaped heads do they? Do they move like worms? Or little darting insects in the water?

I can’t tell if they have arrow shaped heads or not.
Do some of them have a little forked-tail looking thing on their back end? I'm 95% sure they're copepods. Adora is worried that they're planaria, which can be a problem. But they don't sound like planaria. And if your betta has discovered that they're tasty, they'll be gone soon, whatever they are.

They kind of have a circular body and a point looking tail. Like this- (<0) and they move around circle first. I hope you liked my demonstration. 😂

They kind of move around on the glass like worms, but when they actually swim they dart around.

That was my concern after seeing the newer photos and seeing how they all look long, but I doubt planaria would pose much threat to a betta - especially at the rate he's apparently cleaning them up!

They're more a concern for those like me, who have shrimp and fish fry.
If you want to make a more positive ID, see if you can take macro shots on your phone or camera so you can see more detail. From the first descriptions, I was thinking seed shrimp, daphnia, which make great live food. Detritus worms are also common and panic people, but are harmless and usually unseen unless the tank is overdue for a good clean, but the initial photos and description didn't sound at all like detritus worms. But planaria are a bit different.

I still wouldn't panic if you find planaria - I found one in my pygmy cory tank the other day (and removed it) but still didn't panic, because small life forms do appear in our tanks at times, and 99% are harmless, and the rest are treatable! I haven't found any more since that one despite careful hunting, so other than keeping on top of tank maintenance and keeping a closer eye in case any more appear, I'm not gonna risk killing off the seed shrimp or putting the fish through meds just because of a single planaria sighting!

But again, I really don't think whatever you have is any risk to your betta at all. Just bothersome for you if you hate bugs!
