What the fish has it pointing towards two things bacterial to parasite.
I would issolate the fish and try a bacterial med first to be honest.

Well them pimple fit this taken from the article.
Wounds that are white on the edges and red in the center are most typically Aeromonas.

The pitting looks like hexamita and its following the lateral line. The white could be something to do with the bacteria infecting the fish.
I really think you should take this fish out and quarantine it. Keep the water crystal clear and change around 50% each day. Get meds for bacteria as well. Make sure its also getting a proper cichlid diet and not just flaked foods.
