What are these little fish?!?

So, I bought these guys from an online store, not the typical one I use but another since my "go to" was sold out of Nematobrycon palmeri (emperor tetra). They were itty bitty when they arrived, put them straight into QT and now after a month they are making a jail break to live with the shoal of other Emperors. Except, now I see they have a tiny orange secondary dorsal fin. What? Who are these fish? My invoice says "Nematobrycon palmeri"...but they do not look exactly like the others. I called the Online store and no one can tell me what I was sent instead of the Emperors I thought I was getting. Any help would be great.

PS: I am ashamed of the algae growth on my plumbing

Yep, yep they are. I guess I didn't realize I would get something other than N. Palmeri as it was invoiced as. The "other" emperor tetra. I can't say I am mad but was not expecting to have two different Emperors. These are new to me, but they sound like they will get on with the Palmeri swimmingly.
